Procurement of Network Switches

IB NO. 2025-037

1. The Department of Health (DOH), through the Continuing Appropriations (CONAP) 2024
intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Philippine Pesos
(PhP10,750,000.00) being the Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for the Procurement of Network Switches under IB No. 2025-037. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DOH now invites bids for the procurement of the above-captioned project. Delivery of the
Goods is required within the period specified under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements.
Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of
bids, a contract similar to the Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. The
description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section
