Tender are invited for PROCUREMENT OF NEGOSYO CENTER SIGNAGES
Procurement Mode : Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement (Sec. 53.9)

Area of Delivery : Cotabato
Description : The work to be performed shall consist of fabrication and installation of the signages including but not limited to:

 Fabricate the signages using the materials specified herein;
 Install the respective signages at the Negsyo Centers specified herein; and
 Ensure proper installation with utmost safety causions.
 Installation shall be completed in December 2025
Responsibility and Deliverables of DTI-Cotabato Province

 Allocate the amount of One Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos
 (₱ 130,000.00) for the project;
 Provide the necessary data that would enable the Contracted Party to satisfactorily proceed with the provision of Negosyo Center signages.
 Ensure payment of the agreed amount.
 Review/evaluate output of the Contracted Party.
 Issue Certificate of Satisfactory Completion per Terms of Reference (TOR). This will form part of the prerequisite documents for payments.

3.4 Terms of Payment
