-Apparently healthy and free form any diseases

-To be sourced out within the

-Dewormed and vaccinated against new castle
disease prior to delivery and certified by
Government Veterinarian
-Mortality within seven (7) days after delivery to
recepients shall be replaced, except for cause of
death due to negligence
-Negative Test Result from Avian Influenza
