The Department of Health through its Central Office Bids and Awards Committee - (COBAC) C now invites the submission of quotations for the Procurement of N95 Mask under SVP No. 2025-047 pursuant to Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act.

The DOH will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on 17 October 2025; 10:00 A.M. at the COBAC Conference Room, Ground Floor, Building No. 6, Department of Health, Sta. Cruz, Manila, and/or through video conferencing or webcasting, which shall be open to prospective bidders.
