1. The Municipality of Calamba, Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund (Office of the Mayor-Capital Outlay 2025) intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (P600,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS, with the Project Identification Number LGUCAL-PB-2024-52.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
