INVITATION TO BID
FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MULTIFUNCTION PRINTER FOR CHDS, HOSPITALS, TRCS, AND ATTACHED AGENCIES
IB NO. 2025-224

The Department of Health (DOH), through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seventy-Five Million Philippine Pesos (PhP75,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Multifunction Printer for CHDs, Hospitals, TRCs, and Attached Agencies under IB No. 2025-224. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The DOH now invites bids for the procurement of the above-captioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project, Supply and Delivery of Multifunction Printer.
