Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF MULTI-YEAR (THREE YEARS) SECURITY SERVICE FOR LWUA BUILDINGS AND PREMISES

1) The LOCAL WATER UTILITIES ADMINISTRATION, through the CY 2025 Corporate Operating Budget, Board Resolution Nos. 93, series of 2024, and 85, series of 2025, and Certificate of Availability of Funds No. OPEX 25-027 dated August 12, 2025, intends to apply the sum of FIFTEEN MILLION ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php15,167,000.00) PER YEAR or a total of FORTY-FIVE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 45,501,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MULTI-YEAR (THREE YEARS) SECURITY SERVICES FOR LWUA BUILDINGS AND PREMISES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The LWUA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF THE NOTICE TO PROCEED.
