1. The Municipal Government of Calauan, Laguna, through the 20% Development Fund-Continuing Appropriation intends to apply the amount of Nine Million, Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand, One Hundred Seventy -Nine Pesos and Eighty-Three Centavos (₱9,998,179.83) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION OF TOURISM BUILDING CALAUAN, LAGUNA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Calauan, Laguna now invites bid for the PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION OF TOURISM BUILDING CALAUAN, LAGUNA. Completion of works is required within Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days upon the signing of the contract after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
