1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) through the 2024 Continuing Fund intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Fifteen Million (15,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MULTI-PARAMETER WATER QUALITY MONITORING INSTRUMENT WITH ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES-RIVER BASIN CONTROL OFFICE (DENR-RBCO) under Bid Ref. No. DENR-CO-2025-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
