1. The DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES - ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU REGION VI (DENR-EMB VI), through approved NEP 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP2,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE FOR EMB REGION VI FOR CY 2026 - REPOSTING - ITB NO. EMB-GOODS-PB-2026-02-002. Received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU REGION VI now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE FOR EMB REGION VI FOR CY 2026 - REPOSTING - ITB NO. EMB-GOODS-PB-2026-02-002. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
