1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF OBLIGACION, funded through its local fund FY 2025 , intends to apply the sum of SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 75,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MOTOR CYCLE, BARANGAY OBLIGACION, BALER, AURORA (BLGU - OBL - 2025- 0002). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF OBLIGACION, now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF MOTOR CYCLE, BARANGAY OBLIGACION, BALER, AURORA (BLGU - OBL - 2025- 0002). Delivery of the Goods is required by THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
