Procurement of
MOTOR BIKES FOR USE AS SERVICE VEHICLES FOR METER READING, CONNECTION/DISCONNECTION, REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE

1. The VIRAC WATER DISTRICT (VIWAD), through the CY 2025 Annual Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P650,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Motor Bikes for Use as Service Vehicles for Meter Reading, Connection/Disconnection, Repairs & Maintenance. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The VIRAC WATER DISTRICT now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
