THE PROCUREMENT OF MOLECULAR IMAGING AND RADIONUCLIDE THERAPY UNIT REAGENTS AND SUPPLIES FOR CY 2024 (RE-BID)
ITB NO. 2024-061
1. The Rizal Medical Center, through the GAA 2023 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php2,248,250.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Molecular Imaging and Radionuclide Therapy Unit Reagents and Supplies for CY 2024 (Re-bid) under ITB No. 2024-061. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Rizal Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within Seven (7) calendar days upon receipt of an Advice for Delivery (AFD) and per order basis. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
