1. The SORSOGON STATE UNIVERSITY, through the STF (OF) LAB FEE (SOR CITY) intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO PESOS ONLY (P4,553,472.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MODERN LABORATORY EQUIPMENT FOR THE PROJECT ENTITLED: ADDITIONAL LABORATORY EQUIPMENT FOR BSECE PROGRAM FOR CERTIFICATE OF PROGRAM COMPLIANCE (COPC) - LOT 1 with Project ID No. SorSU-2025-008. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
