Description : 1. The Agricultural Training Institute, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure
Program (NEP), intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Four Hundred Thousand
Pesos Only (Php 10,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Minibus for the transport of
the ATI Staff and Participants and other official functions (ITB-ATI-CO-2026-03)
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Agricultural Training Institute now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Contract duration is required within six (6) months. Bidders should have
completed a contract similar to the Project within five (5) years from the date of
submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in
the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
