Description : 1.Municipality of Amadeo through its GEN FUND intends to apply the sum of Php 270,000.00 being the Approved Budget Ceiling for the PROCUREMENT OF MILK FOR SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING PROGRAM OF LGU-AMADEO FOR CY 2025 LOCATED @ AMADEO, CAVITE

Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

2. BAC of the Municipality now invites interested suppliers to submit quotations/proposals for the above stated procurement.

Mandatory Requirements:
a. Copies of Valid Business Permit
b. BIR Certificate of Registration
c. PHILGEPS Certificate of Registration
The proposal shall be accompanied by the aforementioned documents, otherwise, non-submission of which shall result to automatic disqualification of proposal.
