Description : The Police Regional Office 7, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA FY 2026) RA 11975 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos Only (PhP6,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Military Police and Security Equipment PRO7-2025-01-EPA-G. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening

The Police Regional Office 7 now invites bids for the Procurement of Fuel, Oil and Lubricant using Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required based on the terms and conditions specified on the Terms of Reference and upon the receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, at least two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
