1. The CREDIT INFORMATION CORPORATION (CIC), through the Corporate Budget for FY 2025
intends to apply the sum of Four Million, Five Thousand, Three Hundred Ninety-Nine and 00/100
Philippine Pesos (PhP4,005,399.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the
Procurement of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Office 365 Subscription and Email Migration
Services with Project No. 2025-CIMS(012)-CB-0039. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The CIC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within
thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within
five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The
