PROCUREMENT OF MFBM CATERING REQUIREMENTS FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025

1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Ministry of Finance, and Budget and Management - Special Bids and Awards Committee (MFBM-SBAC), invites PhilGeps registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of MFBM Catering Requirements (Framework Agreement for the Fiscal Year 2025) in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is Five Million Six Hundred Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Forty Pesos (Php 5,615,540.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes.
3. The Procurement Project is composed of One (1) Lot as follows:
