Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of Medicines/Vaccines and Medical Supplies of the Municipality of Mahaplag, Leyte.

1. The Municipality of Mahaplag, Leyte, thru the 70% of 5% MDRRM General Fund 2025 intend to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Forty One Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Nine Pesos Only (Php. 2,241,429.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract(ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Medicines/Vaccines and Medical Supplies of the Municipality of Mahaplag, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Mahaplag, Leyte, now invites bids for the Procurement of Medicines/Vaccines and Medical Supplies of the Municipality of Mahaplag, Leyte. Delivery is required within 30 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
