INVITATION TO BID

PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES UNDER THE CITY HEALTH OFFICE
The City Government of Lamitan, through the Office of the City Mayor under CHO-OMOE-Drugs and Medicines Expenses 2025 intends to apply the sum of PHILIPPINE PESO: NINE HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS AND FIFTY CENTAVOS (Php901,560.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES UNDER THE CITY HEALTH OFFICE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The City Government of Lamitan through the Office of the City Mayor under CHO-OMOE-Drugs and Medicines Expenses 2025 intends to apply the following ABC per item to payments under the Contract or each item, to wit:
