The Local Government of Badoc, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake a Small Value Procurement for the “Procurement of Medicines for TB patients in the Municipality.” in accordance with Section 34 of New Government Procurement Act Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
