4.) 100 boxes - Telmisartan 80mg/tablet, 100s per box

*Determination of winning offer shall be the Lowest Calculated Responsive Offer for the whole lot
*Place of delivery - RHU, San Agustin, Isabela
*Expiry date of medicines- at least 2 years from date of delivery
*Price includes vat & other applicable taxes

The Local Government Unit of San Agustin, Isabela reserves the right to reject any or all offer, waive any required formality and award the contract to the bidder whose proposal has been evaluated by the BAC as the most advantageous to the Local Government Unit.

Further, the Local Government Unit of San Agustin, Isabela assumes no obligations whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the offeror for any expense or loss that they may incur in this undertaking nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
