Description : The Local Government Unit of Alfonso Lista, Ifugao, through the General Fund CY 2025-MOOE intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Forty- Six Pesos being the ABC to payments under the contract for project identification/solicitation number 44-266-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of One Thousand Pesos. The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person, by facsimile, or through electronic means.
The Local Government Unit of Alfonso Lista, Ifugao will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on February 3, 2025, 9:00 AM, which shall be open to prospective bidders.
Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the Bids and Awards Committee Office on or before February 17, 2025 at 9:00 am. Late bids shall not be accepted.
