The Municipality of Sta. Rita, through LGU GAD fund of 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES & MEDICAL NEEDS OF VULNERABLE SECTOR OF THE COMMUNITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

The Municipality of Sta. Rita now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES & MEDICAL NEEDS OF VULNERABLE SECTOR OF THE COMMUNITY. Delivery of the GOODS is required on 2025. The description of an eligible Bidder is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents, ITB.
