OFFICE OF THE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC)
INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES

The Local Government Unit of Piat, through the CY2025 Municipal General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 464,550.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medicines. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Piat now invites bids for Procurement of Medicines. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
