The Municipality of Cervantes, Ilocos Sur, through the OFFICE OF THE MAYOR -MOOE intends to apply the TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 2,700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINES of the Local Government Units of Cervantes, Ilocos Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
