1. The MUNICIPALITY OF DIVILACAN, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS (364,980.00) being the Approved Budget Cost (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
