PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL SUPPLY (DRRM OPCEN EMERGENCY RESPONSE)

1. The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, Through MDRRMO CY 2025 Budget intends to apply the sum One Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifteen Pesos (Php174,215.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medical Supply (DRRM Opcen Emergency Response). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the good/services contemplated in this project and as indicated in the schedule of Requirements and Technical Specification indicated in the bidding documents Expected Completion of delivery of the goods/services is within fifteen (15) Calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
