1. Western Visayas Medical Center through the Internally Generated Fund-Hospital Income and GAA-Regular Agency Fund intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Seven Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty One Pesos Only (Php13,737,831.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medical Supplies for the Use of Cardiovascular Care Center and Neonatal Care Center, IB No. 2025-024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The Western Visayas Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Goods is required within the period specified under SECTION VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project, equivalent to at least twenty five percent (25%) of the ABC.
