The Municipality of Sta. Rita, through LGU LDRRM fund of 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE PESOS & 68/100 (Php1,347,725.68) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR UNEXPECTED ILLNESS AND PANDEMIC COVID-19 @ LGU - STA. RITA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

The Municipality of Sta. Rita now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR UNEXPECTED ILLNESS AND PANDEMIC COVID-19. Delivery of the GOODS is required on December 2025. The description of an eligible Bidder is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents, ITB.
