1. The [ADELA SERRA TY MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER], using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the [ASTMMC FUND] intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Four Pesos only [7,699,944.00] being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item for the PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES (PACKAGE 2)-REBIDDING (FROM EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY) with IB No. 2025-05-06 (17). Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.

2. The [ASTMMC] now invites bids for [PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES (PACKAGE 2)-REBIDDING (FROM EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY) with IB No. 2025-05-06 (17)].
