1. The Department of Education - Schools Division of Cavite , through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) through SARO OSEC-4A-24-0084, School Based Feeding Program (SBFP), intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (Php2,826,600,00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
