1. The Department of Health - WV CHD, through the CONAP 2024-11-005757 Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Pesos (Php 1,326,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medical Supplies for Augmentation of Logistics to LGUs for the Conduct of cervical Cancer Screening, IB No. SB-2025-021. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
