INVITATION TO BID

PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT
The City Government of Lamitan, through the Office of the City Mayor under 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of PHILIPPINE PESO: NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS. (Php999,950.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The City Government of Lamitan through the Office of the City Mayor under 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the following ABC per item to payments under the Contract or each item, to wit:
