The Local Government Unit of Valderrama, Antique through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to submit quotations for the hereunder program/project:

Name of Project: PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES.

Brief Description: Purchase of medical supplies and protective gear of ERT.
Approved Budget for the Contract: ₱50,122.00 (Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.)

Qualified suppliers must have experience of having completed one (1) contract that is similar to the contract to be applied with, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the NSO consumer price indices with a value at least 50% of the Approved Budget of Contract, and have key personnel, materials and equipment available for the implementation of the contract.
