INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL SOLUTIONS
IB NO. 2025 -134
1) The Tondo Medical Center (TMC), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply
the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php 1,860,000.00) being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of
Medical Solutions under IB No.2025-134. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Tondo Medical Center now invites bids for Procurement of Medical Solutions under IB No.
2025-134. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified in Section VI Schedule of
requirements. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of
submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible
bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
