1. The Department of Health - WV CHD, through the HFEP SAA No. 2024-02-000994 Fund intends to apply the sum of Twenty One Million Five Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (Php 21,540,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medical Hospital Equipment, IB No. SB-2025-009. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
