  1) The Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro Sr. Medical Center (MHARSMC), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Seventeen Thousand Seventy-Six Pesos and Thirty-Four Centavos (Php 3,417,076.34) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Medical Equipment Calibration for Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro Sr. Medical Center (MHARSMC) 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
