Procurement of Medical Devices for the Use of BUCAS of WVMC
IB No. 2025-039

1) The Western Visayas Medical Center, through the BUCAS - Regular Agency Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php950,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medical Devices for the Use of BUCAS of WVMC. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Western Visayas Medical Center now invites bids for Procurement of Medical Devices for the Use of BUCAS of WVMC, IB No. 2025-039 using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under SECTION VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
