The Provincial Government of Northern Samar, through the SP Ordinance No. 41 series of 2024, dated 20 December 2024 (GF/Other SPA, Regular) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Seventeen Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Five Pesos Only (Php3,717,695.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for NS-04-09-25-02: Procurement of Medical, Dental & Laboratory Supplies (Alcohol, ethyl, 70%, 4Liters, etc.) for the Use of PHO & District Hospitals (GDH, SADH, ADH, CatDH & CapDH).
