1) The Adela Serra Ty Memorial Medical Center, through the Internally Generated Income Funds intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos Only [Php 3,170,000.00] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of MECHANICAL VENTILATOR CORRECTIVE, PREVENTIVE AND CALIBRATION MAINTENANCE . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Adela Serra Ty Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for the Procurement of MECHANICAL VENTILATOR CORRECTIVE, PREVENTIVE AND CALIBRATION MAINTENANCE .
