Description : TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Each entry within the bid form must be fully completed. Omission of unit prices, total prices, the total bid price in words and figures, brand details, or warranty information will result in the bid being deemed "non-responsive" and thus disqualified. The insertion of a dash ( - ) or zero ( 0 ) in any unit price field shall indicate that the respective item is provided at no cost by the bidder. In cases of discrepancy between bid prices stated in figures and in words, the amount in words shall prevail.
2. Delivery of items shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the issuance date of the Purchase Order (P.O.).
3. A warranty period of one (1) year applies to equipment, and six (6) months for supplies and materials, commencing from the approval date of the Report of Inspection and Acceptance (RIA) by the duly authorized representative of the National Irrigation Administration, where applicable.
4. All bid prices must remain valid for a duration of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days.
