Description : The Department of Education, Schools Division of La Carlota City, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure of Meals, Venue, Lodging and Accommodation for the Conduct of Division Training for Grade 6 and Senior High School Receiving Teachers on Special Needs Education (SNED) Implementers on Inclusive Education on November 13-15, 2025 through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement (Sec. 53.9) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
Quotations exceeding the Approved Budget for the Contract (Php 302,400.00) shall be rejected. Evaluation of quotation and award of contract shall be done on a per lot basis.
Award of contract shall be made to the lowest quotation which complies with the technical specifications, requirements and other terms and conditions stated herein.
