Meals & Accommodation - 5 Full Board for 5 days (3 Meals and 2 Snacks per day for 5 days) on:

August 18-22, 2025 - Cluster 1 (110 participants)
August 25-29, 2025 - Cluster 2 (110 participants)
September 1-5, 2025 - Cluster 3 (110 participants)

TRAINING VENUE REQUIREMENTS:

a.) Large function room that can accommodate 110 participants for every cluster/group
b.) 15 rectangular tables with 8 chairs each
c.) 1 center table and 1 chair
d.) 2 working tables and 10 chairs for the Secretariat
e.) Multimedia projector with high resolution and a screen
f.) Quality Sound/Audio system with standby tech sfaff
g.) At least 3 microphones, preferably wireless
h.) Whiteboard with eraser
i.) Extension wires
j.) Water dispensers
k.) Free flowing supply of coffee, chocolate drink and milk
l.) Uninterrupted/ Strong internet Wi-Fi Connection
