a. Large function room that can accommodate 77 pax with social and physical distancing.
b. 16 rectangular tables and with 5 chairs each
c. 1 working table and 6 chairs for the Secretariat
d. Multimedia projector with high resolution and a screen (set up by hotel management)
e. Quality Sound/Audio system
f. At least 2 microphones, preferably wireless
g. Whiteboard with eraser
h. 5 Extension wires
i. Water dispenser
j. Overflowing supply of coffee, chocolate drink and milk
k. Excellent & Uninterrupted internet/wifi connection for 77 persons l. Available medical staff m. Health Kits (alcohol, mask & temperature scanner, etc.) n. Free use of hotel facilities/equipment/amenities by participants "
