1. The Department of Education - Division of Samar, through the FY 2025 HRTD fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Nine Pesos Only (319,969.00) for the Procurement of Meals, Venue and Accommodation Conduct of the IPBT Completers- Orientation cum Convocation 2025 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
