Description : The proposed venue must be located within
Samar and meet the
following requirements to support the Division-Based Training:

Capacity:
Able to accommodate 183 participants, with free lodging and meals provided for 13 PMT/TWG members and Resource Persons.
• Facilities:
-A fully air-conditioned function hall that can seat all participants, including Resource Persons and TWG members.
-At least four (4) breakout rooms that can accommodate 40-50 participants each, suitable for group activities.
-Equipped with a sound system, LCD projector, projection screen, whiteboard, and other necessary audio-visual tools.
-Elevator access for persons with disabilities (PWDs), senior citizens, and pregnant women.

• Accommodation:
-Five nights of lodging, with a maximum of five participants per room.
- Rooms must not have double-decker beds or extra mattresses on the floor.
-Daily provision of complimentary bottled water and toiletries for each guest.
