1. The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU), intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (PHP767,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Meals for the Various Activities Relative to the 2025 National Peace Consciousness Month Celebration on September 2025 in Metro Manila (Lot 1) and North Cotabato (Lot 2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The OPAPRU encourages the submission of bids for the above-mentioned Procurement Project. The Delivery Date of the Goods shall be made on the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed.
