Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Kabacan, through Office of the Mayor & Sanggunian Bayan General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand Pesos only (PhP 379,000.00) for Procurement of Meals & Snacks for Mayor's Office & Sanggunian Bayan Various Meetings & Activities. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Kabacan, now invites bids for Procurement of Meals & Snacks for Mayor's Office & Sanggunian Bayan Various Meetings & Activities. The Bidder/supplier shall provide or deliver the food during SB Sessions and various Committee Meeting in a credit basis but shall not be exceeded with the ABC. The bidder/supplier shall submit to the Procuring entity a billing statement after the event accompanied by an invoice. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
